All of our land is located in Paradise, with most of the land located the state of Florida and along the west coast, and central Florida.

Sarasota county Land

Consisting of Sarasota, North Port and Bradenton, FL, Sarasota County is located on the west coast of FL. Sarasota County is bordered by the beautiful blue Gulf of Mexico. Located on the southern tip of the Tampa Bay area, this county is known for their environmental activities, art and aquariums. Sarasota County is quickly developing as a new hot spot in Western Florida.

Sarasota County is quickly becoming the newest hot spot in Florida, and is the TOP 10 of growing American cities, and the THIRD fastest growing county in the state.

Charlotte county Land

The neighbor of Sarasota County, Charlotte County, Florida consists of Punta Gorda, North Port and parts of Port Charlotte. Buzzing with activity during winter months for spring training facilities, this booming county always has something fun going on. A close distance to southern Florida, Charlotte County is known for shopping, fishing, recreation, beautiful beaches, romance and islands only a short charter away.

Hendry County Land

Hendry County, named after a Confederate war general, is located south of Fort Myers, bordering lake Okechobee and consists of Clewiston, Labelle, Port Labelle, Montura, and Pioneer. Hendry county is known for its popular fishing, hunting and recreational sites, with an endless supply of entertainment and adventure. There are festivals year round, celebrating the Swamp, Sugar and anything in between. Located in Hendry County is the Big Cypress Indian Reservation, the Billie Swamp Safari, Miles of trails in the LaBelle Nature park & is a popular destination for bird watchers.

Brevard County Land

Brevard County, named after an early Florida Settler, Theodore Washington Brevard, and is located on the Space Coast of Florida. With 16 different cities, the county consists of cities such as; Melbourne. Cape Canaveral, Merritt Island and Palm Bay. Brevard county is known for its influence from Kennedy Space Center, 250sq miles of protected wildlife, and miles of gorgeous beaches.

Located on the east coast in Northern Florida, Putnam County was made known by the early explorer William Bartram. The county is known for unique waterways, state parks, and protected areas. Putnam County feels like a step back in time with a real old Florida feel! Fishing, Speedways, wineries surrounded by orange groves and fields of crops, Putnam County really does have a unique feel you won’t find anywhere else.

lee County Land

Lee county is named after Robert E. Lee, the confederate war general, and consists of popular tourist destinations including; Cape Coral, Boca Grande, Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers. If you are thinking some of these cities sound familiar, you must be a fan of Spring Training Baseball! Both the Boston Red Sox, and the Minnesota Twins call Lee county home in the spring.

HIGHLANDS County Land

Highlands County, Florida is the 14th largest county in the state, and was created in 1921. Unlike the rest of Florida, the county is named for the terrain and their “high land”. Some notable towns in the county are: Avon Park, Sebring and Lake Placid. Highlands County has an old Florida feel that is both elegant and charming
